Maria has over 10 years professional experience in the UAE, France and Russia in banking, business development and real estate. Maria embarked on her real estate journey in Dubai in 2013 with over 1 billion dirhams in sales, particularly known for her expertise with the iconic Burj Khalifa. In 2023, Maria co-founded ART REALTY, a high-end real estate agency setting new benchmarks in the real estate industry, offering clients unparalleled expertise and a bespoke approach to property investment, sales and management. Maria finds inspiration in the company's ambitions, work environment and professional opportunities. Her mission is to grow the team and the business, guiding clients towards their real estate aspirations and ensuring that ART REALTY remains synonymous with excellence, innovation, and unwavering dedication to client success.
Paul Reith is a senior investment banker and venture capitalist with over 28 years experience in international cross-border M&A and private equity investments. Paul advises Art Realty as CFO. He is currently CEO of Broadwater Health, a London-based venture capital firm focused on innovative healthcare and biotech companies. Paul spends his time between London and Dubai working with portfolio companies and sophisticated professional investors. Previously he worked with HSBC (London) and Barings (London/Amsterdam) in Corporate Finance, advising high profile multinational clients from a range of commercial sectors including Telecom, Media, Technology, Hospitality, Healthcare, Mining and Manufacturing. As a successful investor and business builder, Paul works primarily with the company’s CEO and Partner, as well as with the management team, to help consolidate and strengthen the team, build a corporate culture of engagement and expand the company to the international market.
Ana Maria Quesada Cerredais is an Associate Partner at ART REALTY and leads the firm’s Abu Dhabi operations, with responsibility for strategic B2B partnerships and client advisory across the capital. She specializes in Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious residential and investment destinations, with particular expertise in Saadiyat Island, as well as Al Reem Island, Yas Island, Al Raha Beach, and Al Maryah Island. Ana advises both end-users and investors on prime ready properties and select off-plan opportunities, ensuring each recommendation aligns with lifestyle objectives and long-term value. Known for her client-focused and transparent approach, Ana provides structured guidance and market insight throughout every stage of the transaction. Fluent in English and Spanish, she supports an international clientele with discretion and a deep understanding of Abu Dhabi’s evolving real estate landscape.
May is a dedicated Listings Coordinator at ART REALTY, supporting the sales team through property listings management, lead distribution, and day-to-day marketing coordination. She plays a key role in ensuring properties are accurately presented across online platforms while providing efficient administrative and operational support to the team. Her attention to detail and organized approach contribute to the smooth execution of ART REALTY’s sales and marketing activities.
